Sprayer – a spraying device with a tank for the sprayed liquid and devices (nozzles, distribution pipes). Sprayers are divided according to their intended use: outdoor sprayers, which are used to spray outdoor plants (usually with a long hose); garden sprayers, which are used to spray trees and shrubs (usually with a pressure sprayer). Depending on the size of the sprayed droplets, there are coarse sprayers and fine sprayers. The volume of hand-held sprayers is usually 1-3 liters of liquid. There are also backpack sprayers, the tank capacity of which is 10-15 liters.
Sprinkler irrigation – a traditional irrigation method that uses a water tank with an extension and a shower head-like nozzle. This method of watering the soil can be practical and effective - if done correctly. The advantage of watering by hand is that you can decide whether and how much water the plant needs. You can find out by simply feeling the soil or using a moisture meter. There are no hard and fast rules for how much water is needed, so when watering by hand, you can decide for yourself. Some tips for watering by hand: direct the stream more towards the roots than the leaves, a slower and gentler watering is more effective. Water only when needed. Too much water can be just as harmful as too little.
