Delivery Information
We deliver orders Monday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays.
While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delivery times may be extended during busy periods such as promotional campaigns, sales, or peak seasons.
Large & Bulky Items
Some products are classified as large or bulky items and are clearly marked on their product pages.
Due to their size and handling requirements, these items are not eligible for island-wide delivery. They can only be delivered within the Famagusta and Larnaca districts.
The applicable delivery charge for these items is calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address and the products in your order.

ACS Pick Up Point Delivery
Orders can be delivered to any ACS Pick Up Point across Cyprus.
Estimated delivery time: 1–2 working days

Free Store Pick Up
Collect your order from your preferred Home&Wood store at no extra cost.

Simply select Store Pick Up during checkout. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification confirming that it is available for pickup.
