PELEMIX BUILD & PLASTERS 25KG

PELEMIX BUILD & PLASTER is a pre-mixed cement-based mortar composed of selected aggregates and chemical additives, requiring only the addition of water to produce a mixture with excellent workability.

It is applied as plaster, replacing traditional site-mixed mortar.

Pre-mixed cement mortar suitable for use as plaster and as building mortar for bricklaying, for both interior and exterior applications.

Density: Approx. 1.50 kg / L

Density of fresh mortar: Approx. 1.65 kg / L

Mixing ratio (water/pelemix build & plaster): 5.00- 5.50 L / 25 kg

Substrate temperature: +5 °C min. / + 35 °C max

Ambient temperature: +5 °C min. / + 35 °C max

Reaction to fire: Class A1

Thermal conductivity(λdry): ≤ 0.5 W/mK (table mean value, P=50%)

Compressive strength: 

• According to EN 998-1: μ20
• According to EN 998-2: μ5/20

Water absorption: Wc1

Pot life: At least 3 hours at 23 °C

Consumption: Indicatively, 13.5 - 14 kg/ m² per cm of thickness, for use as a plaster on event substrates
