APPLICATION

• Ideal For:
  For bonding, assembling and sealing almost all materials on almost all surfaces. Extremely suitable for swimming pool construction, artificial lakes and in agriculture. Suitable for all types of applications in and around the pool, such as skimmers, edges, tiles, drains, roofs, outfall pipes and expansion joints. Also suitable for applications around artificial ponds such as drains, pipes and pond edges. Also suitable for underwater applications.
• Not suitable for:
  Not suitable for Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene (PP), Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), pure plaster and asphalt. When bonding plastics always carry out an adhesion test first. Adhesion to plastics may vary depending on the type of synthetic material and the quality of the plastic.

USE

BEFORE USE

• Working conditions
  The ambient temperature, of the adhesive and of the materials to be bonded must not be lower than +5°C.
• Surface requirements
  The surfaces must be clean, free of dust and grease. The surface must be solid. The surface can be wet. No primer is required.
• Tools
  Silicone gun and rubber mallet.
• Coverage
  With spot welding: 5-8 m²/kg. In strips: one container yields approximately 8-15 meters of adhesive (depending on the diameter of the cutting nozzle).

IN USE

• Management / preparation of cartridge
• Cut the screw thread, assemble the nozzle and cut to a diameter of at least 0.5 cm.

Instructions for use
GLUING: Cut the screw thread, assemble the nozzle and cut to a diameter of at least 0.5 cm. Depending on the weight of the material, apply the adhesive evenly in vertical stripes or dots at intervals of between 10 and 40 cm. Always apply adhesive in corners and along edges. Assemble the materials with a pushing motion and press or tap firmly together. Correction is still possible. For heavy materials, fasteners or supports may be required. Close the cartridge properly immediately after use. Sealing: Cut the screw thread, assemble the nozzle and cut at an angle to the desired joint width. Apply the sealant to the bottom of the joint and tool within 10 minutes using a damp finger (water with liquid soap without lemon), putty knife or silicone sanding tool. Close the cartridge properly immediately after use.

Points of attention
Due to the constantly changing water quality in swimming pools, it is not possible to state the life expectancy when the product is in prolonged contact with pool water.

AFTER USE
Stains/residues
Remove adhesive residues immediately with white spirit. Dried adhesive residues can only be removed mechanically.

Storage conditions
Store in properly sealed packaging in a dry place at a temperature between +5°C and +25°C.
