AQUAMAT-FLEX GREY 25KG ISOMAT

AQUAMAT–FLEX is a flexible, brush-applied, two-component waterproofing mortar. It consists of a cement-based powder (Component A) and a resin-based emulsion (Component B). After curing, it forms a seamless membrane without joints, offering the following advantages:

• Crack-bridging capability
• Complete waterproofing, even under positive hydrostatic pressure up to 5 atm according to EN 12390-8. It can also withstand negative pressure
• Protection of concrete against carbonation
• Water vapor permeability
• Suitable for potable water tanks and surfaces in contact with food, in accordance with W-347 requirements
• Resistance to aging
• Excellent adhesion to damp substrates without prior priming
• Easy and cost-effective application

Pot life: 60 min at +20°C

Water penetration under positive hydrostatic pressure: No penetration (EN 12390-8, 3 days at 5 bar)

Water penetration under negative hydrostatic pressure: No penetration (at 1.5 bar)

Time to withstand exposure to:

• Rain: ~ 4 hours after application
• Foot traffic: ~ 1 day after
• Tile installation: ~ 1 day after
• Pressurized water: ~ 7 days after
• Backfilling materials: ~ 3 days after
