Product Description

ALIPHATIC CLEARCOAT is an innovative new-generation transparent sealing system based on aliphatic polyurethane. It is designed for demanding protection and waterproofing applications on interior and exterior surfaces where a transparent finish is required.

Its special formulation creates a seamless, elastic and 100% waterproof membrane, providing excellent resistance to UV radiation, standing water, abrasion and mechanical stress. It does not yellow and helps ensure a durable, long-lasting finish.

Surface Preparation

Proper surface preparation is important for optimal application and long-term performance.

• Surfaces must be free from dust, grease and moisture.
• Remove all loose material.
• The moisture content of the substrate should not exceed 5%.
• Remove old coatings using a sanding machine.

Application

• Transparent Sealing: Prime the surface and apply ALIPHATIC CLEARCOAT according to the appropriate application instructions.
• Stone Carpet: Prime and apply according to the relevant instructions.
• Flake Floor: For outdoor areas, apply PU-FLEX.
