Cancellation, Returns & Right of Withdrawal Policy
Order Cancellation
If you change your mind about a purchase, you may cancel your order by calling +357 23 811355 or by emailing info@homewood.com.cy.
Orders may only be cancelled before the shipping process has started. Where possible, orders can be cancelled on the same working day on which they were placed (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), provided that processing and dispatch have not yet begun.
Your Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within fourteen (14) calendar days, in accordance with the Consumers' Rights Law 2013 (Law 133(I)/2013) and applicable European Union consumer protection legislation.
The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which:
- you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods; or
- if your order consists of multiple items delivered separately, the day on which you receive the last item of your order.
If the last day of the withdrawal period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the deadline is automatically extended to the next working day.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires by:

- submitting a request through your customer account (where available)
If you have created a customer account, you may submit your request online through your account.
Customers who completed their purchase using only a phone number (without an email address) cannot access the customer account portal. In this case, you may submit your return request using the secure link provided in your SMS order confirmation or by contacting our customer service.
Returns
If you wish to return purchased products, you may do so within 14 calendar days from the date your withdrawal period begins, provided that the conditions below are met.
The date shown on the courier receipt or proof of shipment will be considered the official return date.
Products may be:
- returned directly to our store; or
- sent back by courier to our company.
Unless otherwise stated under this policy or required by law, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, please ensure that:
a. The return request is submitted within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.
b. The company's labels, security markers and product tags have not been removed or damaged.
c. All original packaging, manuals, accessories, warranty cards, invoices and receipts supplied with the product are returned.
d. Any free gifts or promotional items received with the order are also returned.
e. The product is packaged securely to prevent damage during transport. Home & Wood is not responsible for products lost or damaged while being returned.
f. The product is returned unused, unopened where applicable, and in its original condition, except where handling was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, as would be permitted in a physical retail store.
Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- products that have been damaged after delivery;
- sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery
- products that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;
- any other products excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law.
Faulty or Incorrect Products
If the product is faulty, defective, damaged upon delivery or not as described, you may be entitled under applicable law to:
- cancel the contract;
- request a repair;
- request a replacement; or
- receive a full or partial refund.
Please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible after discovering the issue.
Cancelling Before Delivery
If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, the order will be cancelled without charge and any payments received will be refunded.
If the goods have already been dispatched, they must first be returned before the refund can be processed.

- your full name;
- your address;
- your order number;
- your telephone number;
- your email address (if applicable).

If the products cannot reasonably be returned by post, we may arrange collection where appropriate.
Consumers exercising their legal right of withdrawal must send the goods back within 14 calendar days after notifying us of their decision to withdraw.
Return Shipping Costs
We will pay the cost of returning the goods where:
- the products are faulty or defective;
- the products are incorrect or not as described;
- we have informed you of a significant change to the product or these terms before delivery;
- delivery was delayed due to reasons for which we are responsible; or
- you have another legal right requiring us to bear the return costs.
In all other cases, including where you simply change your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Where we arrange collection and you are responsible for the return costs, we may charge the direct cost of collection, which will not exceed our standard delivery charge.
Refunds
If you are entitled to a refund, we will reimburse all payments received from you using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Where you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will also refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered at the time of purchase.
Any additional delivery charges resulting from selecting a premium or express delivery service are not refundable.
We may reduce your refund if the value of the goods has diminished because they were handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Refund Times
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days.
If you are exercising your legal right of withdrawal:
- where goods are returned to us, your refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first;
- in all other cases, your refund will be made within 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.
